This commercial property located in Blenheim was once the home of a doctors office. Over the years it was turned into a dance studio before Apollo Property Management transformed into Danielle's Villa. The entire interior was renovated to include 5 apartments with the modern style features.

321 ST CLAIR ST,CHATHAM

Apollo Property Management and Developments transformed this old laundry mat into a new modern medical building. We completed a full exterior and interior renovation, using a modern and neutral paint pallet to increase curb-side appeal. Decorative lighting was added to enhance the look during the night.

12 TALBOT ST, BLENHEIM

This downtown Blenheim location was transformed from an outdated store front into a modern beauty. The building underwent a full renovation both internally and externally. Apollo Property Management and Development added modern black finishes combined with a real wood look to make this store front stand out in Blenheim's downtown.

Blenheim's downtown got a pop of colour when Apollo Property Management and Development fully renovated this retail location. Home to the men's clothing store, Ford & McIntyre, this location has always held a store front location. The bright blue colour brought some life back into this drab downtown location.

Apollo Property Management and Development completed a full facade upgrade at 421 St Clair, Chatham with each unit having their own distinctive design.

116 Talbot St located in Blenheim, received a total facelift with a complete facade makeover. A large building signage was installed to create a more noticeable and eye catching business location. 

240 KING ST, CHATHAM

The Adult Language and Learning Centre was completely transformed in downtown Chatham. The entire exterior and interior of this location was renovated to accommodate the needs of our client.

This downtown Blenheim location received a full facade transformation. The old green awning was removed and replaced with a more modern, natural wood look. The exterior was completely painted from taupe to black and new windows were installed.

30 Dover St in Chatham was being completely taken over by the greenery. We removed all the overgrown vines, replaces the windows and painted the exterior to help give this building some new life.
